Please complete this form for the Back to School Party. All students in 6th - 12th grade are invited to attend. We will meet at Bowlero at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 23. It is the Bowlero located at 4208 Cortez Rd W, Bradenton, FL 34210. Bowling will last 2 hours. Food and drinks are included.
